What updates does the 2026 Hyundai Elantra bring for Canadian buyers?
The 2026 Elantra receives a mid-cycle refresh with a sharper front fascia, a new full-width LED light bar at the rear, and two new colours including an exclusive Azure Blue Pearl available only in Canada. Inside, climate control buttons are replaced by a unified touch-strip panel on Preferred and Ultimate trims, and the infotainment screen grows to 10.25 inches as standard across all trims — with Google Built-in included from the Preferred up. The adaptive cruise control with Highway Driving Assist II is now available on the N Line. The hybrid variant achieves a new manufacturer-rated fuel economy of 4.8 L/100 km combined, improving on 2025 by 0.4 L/100 km, thanks to revised calibration of the Atkinson-cycle 2.0L engine.
