What does the 2022 Tucson add to the fourth generation launched in 2021?
The 2022 Tucson consolidates the fourth generation with well-targeted equipment adjustments. The most notable addition for Canadian drivers is extending adaptive cruise control and lane keeping assist to the Essential AWD trim — previously limited to Preferred and above. The N Line version makes its Canadian debut in 2022, with its 10 mm lowered sport suspension, 19-inch N Line-specific wheels, and red brake calipers. Electronic parking brake with Auto Hold becomes standard from Preferred. Mechanically, the 2.5L Smartstream and the 1.6T Hybrid at 230 hp carry over without modification.
