Yes. The Colorado fits the mid-size truck niche with a crew or extended cab that clears most urban parkades while still offering up to 7,700 lb of towing with the V6 3.6L. Its 5-foot or 6.2-foot bed handles real cargo without the bulk of a Silverado. In Trail Boss or ZR2 trim, it handles Quebec forest roads confidently thanks to the Autotrac four-wheel-drive system and raised clearance.
The Duramax 2.8L turbodiesel — offered on 2016 to 2022 Colorados — produces 186 hp and 369 lb-ft, averages about 9.5 L/100 km on the highway, and pulls up to 7,700 lb. For buyers without heavy towing needs, the 2.5L four-cylinder is adequate for daily driving around 10 L/100 km combined.
