What's new on the 2026 Subaru Crosstrek for the Canadian market?
The 2026 Crosstrek receives a meaningful technology update: Subaru's EyeSight driver-assistance suite is now standard on every trim including the entry-level Convenience, adding automatic emergency braking, adaptive cruise control, and lane-centring assist. The StarLink infotainment screen grows to 11.6 inches on Sport and Limited trims, with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. The Crosstrek PHEV retains its 17.1 kWh battery providing roughly 35 km of all-electric range under the official rating — expect 22 to 27 km in real-world Canadian winter conditions. Two new monochromatic colours — Magnetite Grey and Sapphire Blue — round out the 2026 palette.
