Is the 2026 Envista a good entry point into the Buick lineup for first-time luxury buyers in Canada?
The 2026 Envista is powered by a 1.2T turbocharged three-cylinder of 137 hp — it is not electric or hybrid, despite the modern exterior styling that may suggest otherwise. For 2026, it gains a 10.2-inch touchscreen with Google Built-In as the most significant upgrade, replacing the previous system and adding native Google Maps, Google Assistant, and Play Store access. Wireless phone charging and 4G LTE Wi-Fi are standard from the Preferred trim. As an entry to Buick's lineup, it offers genuine luxury ambiance at a more accessible price point than the Encore GX or Envision. Just be aware it is front-wheel drive only — AWD is not available for 2026.
