What sets the 2025 Lexus TX apart from the previous GX model in Canada?
The 2025 TX completely replaces the decades-old GX (in production since 2010), built on an entirely new TNGA-F platform shared with the 2024 Toyota Sequoia. The TX receives a 3.5L twin-turbocharged V6 producing 437 horsepower and a hybrid parallel system delivering 467 combined horsepower on the Hybrid Max version. The exterior design adopts Lexus's refined spindle grille with matrix LED projectors standard across all trims. The cabin features the Lexus Interface with a 14-inch high-resolution touchscreen, offered in three trim levels: Luxury, F Sport, and Ultra Luxury. Towing capacity reaches 6,000 lbs — a significant improvement over the GX. The TX 2025 targets owners of Range Rover and Cadillac Escalade in English Canada.
